If you are dissatisfied with the products you have ordered, we will happily exchange the purchased products for a different size/item or refund your credit card or Paypal account for the cost of the items. Credits will be processed to the credit card charged, no exceptions.
DAMAGED GOODS: If your merchandise arrives damaged, please notify DressUpLingerie.com. immediately for a replacement.
Item must be returned in re-stockable condition with tags attatched.
All items must be returned in excellent condition. To receive a refund, items must be unworn, free of stains, perfume, and damage. All labels and tags must be attached for a full refund to your credit card. Please include the original packaging. We will accept hosiery returns on unopened packages only. Packages must arrive at our warehouse within 7 days from the time you received your order.
UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES: All packages returned to our warehouse undeliverable may be re-shipped, additional charges may apply, shipping charges will not be refunded. Please be careful to enter your correct address to avoid this problem.
We guarantee that the product will arrive in good condition as described or we will allow you the option of returning the item for an exchange or refund of the item returned. If there is nothing wrong with the item when it comes back, for example, you need to make an exchange or return due to selecting an incorrect size, or you simply did not like the item once you received it, a 25% restock fee will be imposed to cover the labor necessary to inspect the item for resale and restock it. No exceptions! We will not refund the shipping charges.
We cannot accept returns on apparel DIRECTLY BEFORE OR FOLLOWING A MAJOR HOLIDAY SUCH AS HALLOWEEN, CHRISTMAS, OR VALENTINE'S DAY , etc.
We cannot accept returns on used apparel or any other item that has been worn or used. Federal health regulations do not permit us to accept returns on these items. By law, intimate garments containing a crotch cannot be returned for size exchange once they have been tried on or worn. These returned items are given a biological test before a credit is issued.
If you are unsatisfied please notify us immediately of shipment to receive a (RMA) return merchandise authorization number. Once you receive a return authorization, the return MUST BE RECEIVED IN OUR WAREHOUSE WITHIN 7 DAYS FROM THE TIME YOU RECEIVED YOUR ORDER, or it will not be accepted.
ALL RETURNS MUST BE PRE-APPROVED. ALL RETURNS RECEIVED WITHOUT A (RMA) RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION , WILL BE REFUSED AND SHIPPED BACK AT THE CUSTOMER'S EXPENSE
