Q.. Why are your prices so cheap?

A.. All the products that we sell come directly from our wholesalers. We constantly  make deals with new suppliers and try our best to bring you the best retail deals possible. Also, we don't have a lot of the unnecessary overhead that the larger companies do. We pass that savings on to you .

Q.. Do you charge sales tax?
A.. We are required by Washington State Law to charge a 8.1% sales tax on all purchases made  within the state of Washington unless a resale tax certificate is on file

Q.. . What are your shipping charges?
A.. We charge actual shipping and handling. We do not inflate our shipping rates. What you are charged is for the cost to ship your item(s) - this includes shipping, labor, and materials. We are doing everything possible not to impose any fees for our  customers. We are trying to keep our shipping rates as cost effective as possible

Q.. How do you ship?
A.. We have several different means of shipping, depending on the size of the order, we choose the most cost effective method to ship. One or two items we typically ship via the Postal Service.Larger orders would normally ship ground service with UPS. You do, however, have the option to have your order shipped to you via Priority or Express mail for an additional charge. See the SHIPPING INFORMATION PAGE for rates.         **WE DO NOT SHIP TO PO  BOXES ADDRESSES!!

Q.. Is your merchandise irregulars or seconds?
A.. All of our merchandise is of the highest quality that we obtain from reputable wholesalers.We search for the highest quality merchandise at the best cost savings so we can pass that savings on to you.

Q.. Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?
A.. No. We do not offer bulk discounts for our customers. Since our prices are already very reasonable and we don't impose any  fees, we cannot afford to offer bulk order discounts at this time.

Q.. Is it safe to give my credit card information online?
A.. Yes, We do process your card on our secured server. In efforts to prevent credit card fraud, we do ask for your CVC, which is your security code found on the back of your card, as well as your zip code as an extra security measure. We also run a check to make sure that all information matches with what you have provided such as name, billing address and card code security.If it does not match up, your order will not be processed and you will be notified. We have firewalls protecting our servers from hackers, so your information is not stolen from our system.  PLEASE DO NOT EMAIL US YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION. IT IS NOT SAFE FROM HACKERS. WE CANNOT GUARANTEE THE SAFETY OF THE INFORMATION. Do not input any of your private information on that site.We also offer Paypal for extra convenience for the shopper that feels more secure using their payment portal.
